Video Processing — Your Files Stay on Your Device
AspectFlip processes all videos entirely within your web browser using WebAssembly technology. When you select a video file, it is never uploaded to any server. All conversion happens locally on your computer or mobile device. We have no access to your video files at any point, and they never leave your device.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — specifically: which pages are visited, time spent on the site, general geographic region, browser type, and device type. This data is anonymous and aggregated. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Advertising
AspectFlip uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other websites on the Internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. Cookies
AspectFlip itself does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services we use — Google Analytics and Google AdSense — may set their own cookies to function properly. Children's Privacy
AspectFlip is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
